Meet The Team

Jo has worked in the care industry  since leaving school she originally worked within a school environment caring for children with Learning Disabilities, then in 2011 after taking a break to raise a family she decided to take on a new challenge which is when she started to work in adult social care. She started to care in Bromley as a carer and quickly climbed the ranks through coordination and supervision to become a manager. She has always enjoyed her work which is why she a decided to work at TUcare and provide great homecare in Bromley

Clare joined our team in February 2020 as a Field Care Supervisor. Clare is passionate about care and is a great support to the whole team and all customers. 

Clare has a wealth of experience with almost 40 years in the care industry, starting in a care home setting and then moving over into domiciliary care over 30 Years ago. 

Clare has been a Carer, Senior Carer, Field Care Supervisor and Live In Care Manager in previous roles and now Clare is our Office Manager and manages the day to day running of the office; supporting staff, communicating with customers & their families and ensuring any queries or issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. 

Clare works closely with the whole team to make sure Tucare are delivering great care and also are a supportive and responsible employer. 

Clare's other passion in life is Crystal Palace Football Club, where is a season ticket holder. 

Jo joined our team in February 2021 as our Care Coordinator. 

Jo joined us after completing her Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Jo is currently studying for her Level 4 Leadership in Health and Social Care. Jo has extensive experience in customer service, working in the retail and healthcare sectors.

As Care Coordinator, Jo is responsible for managing rosters and the coordination of carers on a daily basis, allocating carers to customers, dealing with queries and general office administration. 

Having vast experience in customer service has supported her role in developing an excellent rapport with our customers and staff.   

Jo is an excellent communicator and liaises daily with customers and staff both in the office and in the community. Jo works closely with the administration and management team to ensure high quality service provision throughout.

Jo is a bit of an adrenaline junkie when not at work she loves the excitement of fast rides at theme parks. 

Kelly joined our team in November 2018 originally as a Carer. 

Kelly joined Tucare at the beginning of our journey. During her time with us, with hard work and shear dedication she excelled the ranks to become our Field Care Supervisor. Kelly is currently working towards her Level 3 in Health and Social Care as she is passionate about care and sees this as a long-term career. 

Kelly has previously worked in the catering sector and started her career in the healthcare sector in 2017. Kelly has worked in our care team and is greatly respected by her peers, which made her the perfect candidate when we were looking to extend our office team 2022; Kelly is an essential part of the team liaising with Carers, customers and their family members to ensure all customers have an individualised care plan that reflects their needs and allows the carers to deliver person centered care.

Outside of work Kelly is very family orientated and spends time making memories with her own children and her nieces and nephews.
