Meet The Team

Kelly has been part of the TUcare family since 2018 and knows our customers, carers and the way we work incredibly well.

Kelly originally joined us as a Care Assistant, supporting customers in their own homes, before progressing into the office team and taking on the role of Supervisor. Having started her TUcare journey as a carer herself, Kelly understands first-hand both the rewards and the challenges that come with working in care.

In her role as Supervisor, Kelly works closely with our care team, carrying out supervisions and spot checks, offering support and guidance and helping to make sure the high standards we expect at TUcare are maintained. She also keeps in regular contact with our customers and families, making sure they are happy with their care and that any changes, concerns or feedback are picked up and acted upon.

Kelly is a friendly and approachable face for our carers and customers and is always happy to offer advice, reassurance or simply have a chat when someone needs it.

We are incredibly proud of Kelly’s journey with TUcare. Her progression from Care Assistant to Supervisor is a great example of how a career in care can grow and develop, and her hands-on experience means she never loses sight of what matters most – providing kind, reliable and person-centred care to the people we support.

Chloe joined the TUcare family in 2023, originally working as a Care Assistant and supporting our customers in their own homes before progressing into the office team and taking on the role of Supervisor.

Having started her TUcare journey out in the community, Chloe has a great understanding of the day-to-day role of our carers and the importance of providing care that is not only safe and reliable, but also kind, respectful and centred around each individual customer.

Working alongside Kelly, Chloe plays an important role in supporting our care team, carrying out supervisions and spot checks, offering guidance and helping to ensure that the high standards we expect at TUcare are maintained. She also works closely with our customers and their families, making sure they feel listened to and that any changes, concerns or feedback are picked up and acted upon.

Chloe is a friendly and approachable member of the team who has built strong relationships with both our customers and carers. Her experience as a Care Assistant means she understands the realities of working in the community and is always happy to offer practical support and guidance when it is needed.

We are really proud to have seen Chloe progress from Care Assistant into her role within the office team. She continues to bring the same caring and supportive approach to her role as Supervisor and is an important link between our customers, carers and the wider TUcare team.

Sophie has been part of the TUcare family since 2019, originally joining us as a Care Assistant and supporting our customers in their own homes before progressing to become our Field Supervisor.

Having spent several years providing care herself, Sophie has an excellent understanding of what delivering high-quality care looks like in practice. Her hands-on experience means she understands the responsibilities our carers have and the importance of making sure they feel supported, confident and valued in their roles.

As our Field Supervisor, Sophie oversees our care team out in the community and plays an important role in making sure the high standards we expect at TUcare are consistently maintained. She works closely with our carers, providing practical support, guidance and coaching, as well as carrying out observations and spot checks to ensure care is being delivered safely and in accordance with each customer’s individual needs.

Sophie is also an important point of contact between our customers, carers and office team. Being regularly out in the community allows her to identify changes in customers’ needs, listen to feedback and make sure any concerns are quickly communicated and acted upon.

Sophie is approachable, supportive and passionate about helping our carers provide the very best care they can. Her progression from Care Assistant to Field Supervisor gives her a genuine understanding of the team she oversees and allows her to lead from experience.

Clare has been part of the TUcare office team since 2020 and has held a number of roles within the organisation, giving her a broad understanding of both our day-to-day operations and the standards required to deliver a high-quality home care service.

Clare originally joined the office team as a Supervisor before progressing to become Office Manager. She has since moved into her current role as Compliance Assistant, where she is able to use her knowledge and experience to support the quality and compliance side of TUcare.

In her role, Clare helps to ensure that our records, processes and systems remain up to date and that the high standards we set ourselves are consistently maintained. She works closely with the wider office team, supporting audits, documentation and the ongoing monitoring of our service.

Having worked in different roles across TUcare, Clare understands how all the different parts of the service come together. Her experience enables her to provide valuable support behind the scenes, helping the team remain organised and ensuring we continue to meet the standards expected within the care sector.

Clare’s journey from Supervisor to Office Manager and now Compliance Assistant reflects the wealth of experience she has gained during her time with TUcare and the important role she continues to play within our team.
